Sweet Oblivion (Sweet, #1) - Bailey Ardisone Solid 3 stars for this one. I wasn't a big fan of the heroine, Nariella, due to her frequent tearfests and back-and-forthness, but I liked the boys in her life - badass hero Mycah Nightly and best friend Rydan. Technically, there wasn't a love triangle but there were certain love triangle-ish elements. I did enjoy Mycah & Nari's more heated moments. Good sizzle there ;) The parallel/2nd storyline, set in the fantasy world, was interesting, but I didn't connect with it as well. That could change in the sequel, though. Will have to wait & see. Overall, I liked Sweet Oblivion...at least well enough to read the next one.
